Return Policy

We want you to feel fullysatisfied by your purchase. If it’s not the right fit or you realized you would prefer something different, we’ll help you to get it on your way.

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original new condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” in the Sale Page

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. You can contact us to get an estimate of the return shipping cost.

However, if your item isproven to be damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

To start a return, please contact us via email and we will respond within the next business day.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help you with that!

The process is the same as a return, and all the same policies listed in our Return Policy apply.

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. You can contact us to get an estimate of the return shipping cost.

If you need to exchange an item, before or after its delivery,please contact us via email and we will respond within the next business day.

Refund Options

You can choose to receive your refund in two different methods:

  • Gift card(will be sent via email within one business day since refund item is received). Our gift card are valid for 6 months.
  • Original payment method refunded (most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days however it may require up to 2 weeks)
  • Both cases, any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancelling an Order

You can request to cancel any order only before it ships.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email and we will let you know if this cancellation can be processed.

If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always ask for a return and refund once the item arrives: please note, return shipping costs would apply in this case.

Received the Wrong Item

In case we shipped the wrong item,please contact us via email and we will make sure you receive the right item in the fastest way at no additional cost to you.
